A: Yes, we are happy to accommodate handicapped individuals and one care-taker with front row seating. Please contact conferences@sov-soc.com to make the necessary arrangements or call us at 800-926-6575 ext. 114.

Q:Can I pay at the door?
A: Yes, it is possible to pay the appropriate event registration fee at the door in cash or by credit card. However, seats and/or seminar materials cannot be guaranteed until all other guests who paid in advance have been accommodated.

Q: Can I reserve a seat now and pay later?
A: No, it is not possible to reserve a seat without payment.

Q: Is the entire event registration fee due upon registration?
A: Yes, the event registration fee is due in full when registering for an event. No partial payments are allowed.

Q: Can my wife/kids attend for free?
A: No, family members need to pay the appropriate event registration fee to be admitted to the event.

Q: Can an older relative attend for free?
A: No, family members need to pay the appropriate event registration fee to be admitted to the event.

Q: Does The Sovereign Society grant discounts for multiple event registrations?
A: No, The Sovereign Society does not grant discounts for multiple event registrations. Every registrant needs to pay the appropriate event registration fee.

Q: Does The Sovereign Society offer partial event registrations?
A: Generally, The Sovereign Society does not offer partial registrations for an event. For exceptions, please inquire by e-mail at conferences@sov-soc.com or call 800-926-6575 ext. 114.

Q: Are audio-recordings of event sessions available after the event?
A: Yes, Audio-recordings of event sessions are generally available after the event. For details, please inquire by e-mail at conferences@sov-soc.com or call 800-926-6575 ext. 114.

Q: Are hotel reservations included in my event registration fee?
A: In the case of Symposiums and Seminars, hotel reservations are not included in the event registration fee. These arrangements are the guest’s responsibility. Please refer to the event information for hotel booking details.  In the case of Summits and Tours, hotel reservations are included in the event registration fee.

Q: Is airport transportation included in my event registration fee?
A: In the case of Symposiums and Seminars, airport transfers are not included. These arrangements are the guest’s responsibility.  In the case of Summits and Tours, airport transfers are included in the event registration fee.

Q: Is it safe for me to register even though I am waiting for my passport?

A: Current and valid travel and entry documentation is the guest’s responsibility. Please note that event registration fees cannot be refunded in case of delays with the issuance of proper travel and entry documentation.
