Dear A-Letter Reader:
During my recent month long journey through Singapore, Thailand, China and Hong Kong I enjoyed the unusual luxury, (at least for me in my many travels), of being met at each and every airport by a car waiting for me and a driver holding up my name card -- just like the rich folks do it. I was whisked off to my hotel, in one case in a sleek new black Mercedes with a uniformed driver -- (but that's the Shangri La and Starwood Hotel chains for you)!
What made me think about my recent luxury treatment is a new service just launched in the Republic of Panama called Prime Panama Passport -- something unique that you need to know about -- and you need to use, if you're headed for Panama any time, sooner or later.
As you know, Panama is a favorite of the Sovereign Society (and of mine), not just as a tax haven with strict financial privacy (which it is), but also as a premier jurisdiction for locating your asset protection trust, family foundation, or to base for your global business operations. It's also a great location for a personal residence or retirement place for you and your family. My recent book, Panama Money Secrets , gives all the details about those many attractive Panama possibilities and much more. If you haven't seen it, click here: LINK: http://www.web-purchases.com/190SPMON/W190H750/
But I wanted you to know today about this exclusive and impressive new service for "people in the know" who are planning a visit to Panama for any purpose -- vacation or otherwise -- especially if you're considering going to Panama to shop for real estate, buy a second or retirement home or investigate Panama investment opportunities. I can tell you there's never been anything like this in my Panama experience -- and that goes back more than 30 years of visits to the Isthmus, both as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives and as a private citizen.
The Prima Panama Passport is a much needed service for visitors to Panama created by my good friend, Sam Taliaferro, an American and long time resident of Panama, and the founder and developer of Valle Escondido residential development and resort in Boquete, Panama. (In many ways, Sam is the man who put his adopted hometown of Boquete on the map. Now Fortune magazine calls it one of the 10 most desirable retirement places in the entire world).
When you join here's what Prima Panama Passport will do for you as a first time, or as a returning visitor to Panama:
* You get a Diplomatic VIP airport greeting by an English-speaking representative with absolutely no waiting in Customs or Immigration lines; have a drink in the VIP Lounge while it's all done for you. Then go to your waiting car.
* They give you a Panama cell phone with a private hotline with English-speaking operators, an international calling card with up to 50 minutes of free calls to the U.S. and (should you need it) access to local emergency ambulance service at no charge.
* And you get up to 50% discount on airfares to and from and in Panama, and on hotels, car rental and much more!
* There are also huge discounts and rebates if you purchases real estate
* And you also get the best possible discount offers in Panama on cars, furniture, appliances, utilities, and more!
If you have ever thought of traveling to Panama, to see the Canal, to enjoy the amazing cosmopolitan Panama City, or to visit the remote areas of natural beauty that I enjoy, please take a few minutes to look over this program and learn how it can benefit you and your family. I am sure you'll find the discounts offered are worth many times the purchase price, even if all you do is come for a short stay. If you decide to purchase a holiday, investment, or retirement home in Panama, you'll find that the real estate discounts and rebates will save you many thousands of dollars in products and services offered by the finest and most reliable businesses in Panama.
Next May 17-20, 2006 the Sovereign Society will hold our annual Panama Total Wealth Symposium at Playa Bonita Resort in Panama City. Mark your calendar now. We hope to see you there -- and that will be a great time to use the unique services of Prima Panama Passport. That the way that it looks from here and I hope to see you in Panama one of these days,

Added Comment: Survivors Get Lost
The CBS television show, "Survivor" will have a reunion in Panama on a "mysterious exile island" somewhere in the Pearl Islands, the show's producers announced. The rumor is that the show will copy some of the elements of the popular hit show, "Lost."
